Years in management consulting will do that to you. Long hours. High pressure. The kind of career that demands everything and leaves very little for anything else, including yourself.
I was consistent before that. On top of it. Then the role took over, and slowly, without really noticing, I stopped being someone who looked after themselves.
Not because I didn't care. Not because I lacked discipline. Because I had no system that could survive the reality of my life.
I tried to restart more times than I can count. Every time, I would build momentum. Then a deadline would land, a project would arrive, and I would find myself back at square one. Frustrated. And quietly convinced that I was just not the kind of person who could maintain it.
That belief was wrong.
What actually changed things wasn't more discipline or more motivation. It was structure. A system that could bend without breaking. A standard I could hold when things were hard, not just when they were easy.
And I built Equi-You because I suspect you might be carrying that same belief. That you're the problem. That you lack something other people have.
You don't. You've just never had a system that was built for the life you actually have.
That changes here.
